Subscription and Payment Details: Information related to your chosen Tier for Premium Driver Services and Digital Pay Services, billing address, and payment card details (which are processed by our secure third-party payment processors).

Communication Data: Records of your communications with us, with Third-Party Driver Companies, and with Drivers, including support requests and feedback.

User Content: Any content you submit through the Platform, such as text, photographs, or audio/visual content.

B. Information Collected Automatically:

Usage Data: Information about how you interact with our Services, including the dates and times of your rides, services requested, routes taken, and transaction details.

Device Information: Your IP address, browser type, operating system, mobile device type, unique device identifiers, and mobile network information.

Location Data: Precise or approximate location data from your mobile device when the App is running in the foreground or background, which is essential for providing the Premium Driver Services.

We use the information we collect for the following purposes, based on our contractual obligations to you, our legitimate business interests, and to comply with legal requirements:

To Provide and Maintain our Services: To create and manage your account, facilitate your Subscription, connect you with Third-Party Driver Companies, process payments, and enable the Digital Pay Services.

To Communicate with You: To send you service-related announcements, technical notices, updates, security alerts, and administrative messages. To respond to your comments and customer service requests.

For Safety and Security: To verify your identity, protect your vehicle (“Your Car”), protect our Platform from fraud and misuse, and ensure the safety of all Users and Drivers.

To Improve Our Services: To analyze usage trends and user preferences to develop and improve the functionality and user experience of our Platform.

For Marketing and Promotions (with your consent): To send you promotional communications about new features, special offers, and other news we think you will find valuable. You can opt-out of these communications at any time.

With Card Providers: For Digital Pay Services, we share necessary transaction details with our Card Providers to facilitate the payments you authorize.

With Service Providers: We engage trusted third-party companies to perform functions on our behalf (e.g., payment processing, data analysis, customer support, cloud hosting). These entities are contractually bound to protect your data and use it only for the purposes we specify.

For Legal Reasons: We may disclose information if we believe it is necessary to comply with a legal obligation, protect the rights and safety of Herdrv, our Users, or the public, or in connection with a business transaction like a merger or sale.

With Your Consent: We may share your information for other purposes with your explicit consent.
